We are deeply saddened by the passing of Donald Shoup, UCLA ITS’s 2nd director and a visionary scholar who reshaped cities with his pioneering work on parking, inspiring legions of ‘Shoupistas’ and lasting change. Click for tributes from his colleagues and fans.
