Travel changes resulting from the pandemic, especially for certain classes of workers, has led to demand to evaluate telecommuting trends in California, and the implications on the environment, travel, public finances (e.g., public transit revenues, local tax base), transit operations, land use (e.g., commercial real estate, where people live / work), people (e.g., differential impacts based on gender, single-parent households, etc.), and/or other factors.
